C3B and C4 Increment letter

Hi Grapes, when it will be expected to get the increment letter for C3B and C4 grade peoples as till C3A all got the letters by email…anybody have any idea as per past experience?

No not all C3A, not even all ITA have got their compensation letters yet. It's pending for everyone whose salary was revised in FY 2023-24

Does tcs revise salary even in they did last year?

Normally definitely yes. This year - not so sure. Policies are all haywire. They're definitely trying to downsize and putting serious effort into messing with these things
