C3b and above-honest opinion

Dear folks How many of you support the decision of top management to remove seniors from the firm?

I would like to highlight 2 instances here

1.A C3b lady in my account who never does morning shift and due to this the burden comes to Juniors like me in C1 grade were we have to do 3 continuous morning shifts

2.A delivery manager guy who takes unlimited wfh exception and never comes to office

I felt sad for seniors who were not provided with hike and were forced to resign

But from the above 2 incidents honestly I'm having mixed opinions now

Would appreciate others views on this topic in this forum

Is it good time to ask release from project sir? All the people here belong to particular cast hence the office politics

Don't ask for release.. In next 2 months appraisal cycle will start. After appraisal done then try.

Sir my comment is not related to ctc here My opinion is in a team everyone Juniors & seniors should contribute equally for achieving targets
And if salary is the option it's the senior associates mistake not to switch and stay in comfort zone
