This question is being asked atleast 3-4 times daily in this forum. It shows 0 transparency in TCS when it comes to employee benefits and compensation because not even one person knows about the timeline and whether it will be released this year or not. Its always a one sided affair...

TCS's lack of transparency on employee benefits and compensation is unacceptable. Zero clarity, endless delays, no answers - it's an insult to hardworking employees. If TCS can't even communicate pay and benefits clearly, it reflects poorly on the entire culture. Employees deserve better. TCS needs to step up, fix this dysfunction, and start showing some respect. The current situation is disgraceful and unsustainable.

Have you recently joined?? If yes.. Then don't take tension this is the norm..

Never seen or heard about such culture, bureaucracy, regionalism and one sided affair

Company is so big now that they are unable to control lot of stuffs and things are running on autopilot mode.. Nobody knows where we are heading?? Best example is RTO. Few ppl at the top decided to do RTO 2 years back and nobody knew how to go about it. Still they are struggling with RTO numbers, every week hundreds of hours wasted by management on RTO calculation, exception, reminders, meetings now qva deduction... Rather than focusing on business and technology and building talent they are wasting time for these kind of bureaucratic work

Forget "News on Letters", TCS sends you "NewsLetter" daily.
