What is the YOE needed for C3B promotion.I am having 9+ yrs experience.Joined TCS late 2022(October).Already promoted once in 2024 From C2 to C3A. For C3A to C3B what is the duration?

3 years should be completed with C3A, and two A or B bands.One external certificate is mandatory.
