C3A to C3B Promotion
How much time it will take to get to C3B. I joined 1yr back with C3A designation so when shall I expect the mext promotion? I heard that becoming C3B is a like a loss making promotion because of it's variable part. What are the other bad thing about C3B?

Ok. It will take minimum 2years to be eligible for promotion. But C3A to C3B promotions are not easy. You have showcase lot of things apart from BAU to be considered for promotion. Also You need to get good bands in appraisal.
for C3B QVA deduction is more you will get 20-30% only. Responsibility increases.

At least 3 years.
At least 3 years and good relationship with your manager.Also no C band in those three years
Annual hike is less ,ex - A band till C3A is 8% for C3B Max will be 5%
