C3A to C3B

Hello dear members I would like to know what would be the minimum criteria and are there any default process for the C3A to C3B promotion. ? If so what would be the base package for C3B . Appreciate your inputs

In that 15 per thy will add u in variable to 10 per. U will other components will increase 5 per. this trick in TCS .

Only criteria is YOE. Sometimes MLT. Everything else is decided by manager. He creates criteria.

For promotion, there is no base package, you get a flat 15%
