C3A retention
Any one retained by TCS recently in last two weeks off BFSI BU, I submitted all my details and current offer a month ago but they're still asking me to wait till july 1st week and I have my LWD falling in 3rd week, Any suggestions please. Thanks
Better leave. What matters is money for your skills. Don't kill ur skills by continuing in TCS.
You can revoke your resignation 1 week prior to your LWD.
They will keep you waiting.Dont trust them.
When you are skilled job security is a myth... Please switch.. don't stay back.. they will prove you weak in coming years...
You can withdraw your resignation even on the 88th day , they say 1 day before but I would suggest to not wait till the 11th hour. But it all depends how they are approaching this issue
I am aware that retention and salary correction for niche technologies are happening in rare cases. But don’t keep much hope . They may make u wait till last week and deny
