C3a promotion request
I have 6.5 years of experience with c2 grade. Can I ask for c3a. I have been working hard on this project and onsite is also on hold for over an year. How much time will it take once iam added to the list of promotions.
It will take alot of time. Would suggest looking elsewhere. The management is in total chaos. They decide one thing for today and tomorrow do something else entirely. With this much experience if in a very on demand field you would get the position and a hike of minimum 70%
Not before 8 years of experience
Promotions are currently on hold. Also being promoted to c3a "may" decrease your in hand salary as all qva will be at unit level performance. Only till C2, it's based only on rto. Thirdly at C3A, you are at higher chance of layoff than C2. Better wait for on site or switch from tcs.
Minimum 7 years required, you can expect after year or two
You will get after 3 years. Don't trust your manager
Onsite hold for grade? I am also promised for uk onsite next year.. my grade is c2
