C3A promotion after joining TCS having current experience of 6 years

Hello, I want to know about the promotions in TCS. I have joined as C2 in year 2023. Can someone confirm about promotion policy here or we need to raise it with manager ?

C2 to C3A would take time. Atleast 3 to 4 years
