C3A promotion
Did anyone recently receive C3A Promotion in TCS ? My promotion has been pending for 2 years. And they keep on saying we will include in next quarter and client billing issues. If anyone received it please let me know what is the actual criteria they'll look for this promotion ?
I ask for promotion and received PIP i drop mail and ask to cancel and if not i will resign on 4th of next month

Client billing has no relation with promotion. Only 7.5 total YOE . Everything else is your manager story. Read this
I'm having 9.5 total YOE now..they have initiated at 7.5 YOE only but in that quarter corporate hold promotions and then next 2 quarter they said as promotions hold since long we have priority list and next quarter I went on sick leave..they said that reason u r available to give the promotion..then after next 3 quarters they are saying we will include it's not happening, even in last mail they said you are in Priority list but still not received.
Promotions can be unpredictable. Performance, client billing, and internal approvals play a role. Keep pushing for clarity from your manager. Patience is key, but don't hesitate to seek answers.
