C3A next stage and timline

Need inputs:

1.how much time will take in tcs from C3A To C3B.

2.hike expected?? already 2.5 years completed in C3A.

  1. in wipro/other companies based on this C3A which designation i can get ( project manager)?? or i will be tech lead only.

overall experience 9.5 years.

4.how much package can we expect? (tech stack: python, automation, ML, RPA)
