I am at C3A grade with a 9.4 lpa salary in 8+ yoe, can any one suggest how to make good competition in TCS specially for underpaid...

You can try to complete wings2 Programe. It will help you get 50 to 80% Increment. depending on your chosen tole

Bro If you feel comfortable in TCS, with Salary, work and environment, stay here. If you need something more in TCS, try for an onsite. Else Better go out try outside...
