C3A band offshore opportunity UK?
Hi everyone, Any idea on how much TCS pays on offshore opportunity at C3A band? Also is it worth it ? Any suggestions? I have also got new opportunity in India which pays good and the saving are almost save as compared to C2 offshore pay and india new company salary.
I haven't been onsite yet but heard from seniors that UK onsite is much better than US onsite. Economically and socially as well. It's worth if you are getting a chance for 6 months to 1 year. Not sure about long term onsites though.
Thanks for input. They are saying for long term as the project contract has been extended by 5 years.
Depends, if you are a C3A and not having a family( bachelor/ Bachelorette) UK onsite is worth it. You get 3400 GBP in your hand in the first year. But if you have family and preexisting commitments. It's not worth it. I am on site in the UK.
How much is typical rent for 2 room apartment in greater London area?
50000 to 58000 pound per annum including taxes... Depending upon your discussion with manager
Thanks for the input. They said C2 it will be 50K but they are ready for promotion to C3A so assuming it may go around 60K. Also they said they will pay extra. Final discussion will happen coming week but thanks for the input

Thanks guys for the input. After all consideration I am dropping this opportunity. They are sending me on my current band only and reset is verbal assurance.
Don't know about salary but Fyi, check the recent news on protest on immigration in UK. Onsite might go on hold
