C3A and C3B's are the target
As many of the folks already mentioned that they hears in their meetings C3A and C3B are the targets, but most of the people here doubted the authenticity of it.
Today I got a mail from a RMG stating that as You are getting released from your current engagement share your skillet details to be shares across her account.
It was just two weeks back that I got allocated by one of the accounts who failed to provide me a laptop from past one week.
It was shocking to see this mail, I then pinged the RMG who sent the mail. I said I just got allocated here and my account didn't discuss with me anything about the release, so from where has she got this information.
She mentioned C3A, C3B's are getting released from accounts
I don't mind the restructuring.. I mind the transparency.. what will happen after release? Will there be training? Or what then?
Removing billable people is a bold move..
Accounts were told to release all resources until customer shows interest in signing the SOW contract. Before people would be allocated to account for months, sitting idle and affecting account margins. TCS would recruit from outside for accounts. This created an account level bench.

Yes almost C3A and C3B associate are targeted , but they don't know but how much projects will be affected
