C3A and Above are being asked to release from project
I got a news from management today that they want C3A and above to be removed from current project with customer. They said to give them list of C3A & above working in project to replace them with lower grade employees. So all the things I heard thought to be rumours is not actually a rumour. C3A and above are being asked by management to go to bench. 😕😟
Are bhai C3A to C4 have high billing rate. Why company will move them on bench. They are not able to find my replacement from last 2 yrs as i asked release. Client dont want freshers or 2-3 yrs exp people. From where you are getting this fake news
My management asked me to give them list of C3A and above. Also asked their skill sets to remove few from that list and replace with C2 members. Now how you want me to prove it? This is my own experience with my manager yesterday. Not fake
