C3A - IPF 4.28 got the C Band.

Any idea, is this because of market fluctuations or any issue.

Last November i promoted to c2 to c3a, does promotion affect my band.

2022 got a C band, that time we had a conversation with my manager, he said you were supposed to get a B band.

Can i talk to my manager, is there any chance to update the band. Pls suggest.
