C3 employees still blabber about experience

As a C1 employee i had the fortune to work on Data Engineer and GenAi projects. Thus I have adaptability and exposure.

Yet on the bench, after interviews the feedback I get is I don't have enough experience.

Earlier my Models had replaced C2 grade Analysts. So although this feels like karma. The C3 Consultants are still prefering Experience.

This attitude and resistance towards change is the reason why this layoffs are important.

It's not your fault or the c3 person. Customers are asking for a minimum experience for each position. Tcs has to comply like loyal servants.

Based on the interviews, they seem to be asking for max skills with least exp (less billing more productivity), Can this be managed by networking? What do you think?

Better move out of TCS for your experience TCS isn’t the right place

All of my squad is trying to do the same, however the brand comes with the prejudice of a bench warmer if you or not in a project, else they need an immediate joiner
