C2 to C3A promotion
How much increment we will get from C2 to C3A? Is it really a good thing to get promoted from C2 to C3A in the long term?in terms of QVA and appraisal?
LoL doesn't dream of promotions in tcs, it is not going to happen. People have been waiting for many years so it is better to switch rather than dreaming of promotion. If you have any doubt about this statement, go and check with others how much people are waiting for a very long duration..the promotion from initiation to the promotion letter itself takes 3 years minimum in tcs nowadays

CTC will increase by ~15%. It's not a good thing actually to be honest. You are no more entitled to 100% QVA. If 50% QVA you get then it's ultimately the hike in pen and paper. Not in inhand salary. Also, for fluidity list and expectations of goals to be delivered is increased. So, appraisal wise it will not be a cakewalk until and unless you have very good lobby connection.
