C2 to C3A promotion criteria
Joined as a C2 in TCS. Want to know what percentage of salary hike will be there if I get promotion to C3A, keeping in mind that QVP will get affected as it will no longer be 100%. Also, after asking manager, how much time does it take normally?
You will get 13-15% salary hike. Suppose you got 15% hike, then 7.5% will go to your QVP, and rest of 7.5% will go to your in hand.
Now gold plan has been given to you for your insurance, so now it will become gold plus plan. So if you have added your parents then Rs 1500 around more will start deducting from your in hand 7.5% salary hike.
So if you calculate all these including QVP deducting also. Then actually you will get 9-10% hike including in hand + QVP. But on paper it will be shown 13-15%.
The great part is that from February 2024 tcs has paused promotions till now.
