C2 to C3A promotion

Can you pls tell me how u initiate it. What is the criteria for this. I asked hr but no response from their side

Yes for me also the same case. I checked with my appraiser, he says it's pending with HR. i asked him if it's with Unit HR or corporate. he says he doesn't have an Idea. If he can't check that then who will?

You need to understand that limited set of people will be getting promoted in each cycle, not possible to promote all eligible candidates.. Managers from each project trys to promote their good ppl and lot of time they send the nominations, all these nominations from various project get accumulated at HR/corporate level.. Corporate has some number decided based on IOU business/budget and performance of different projects etc. So corporate/HR picks candidate based on 1.project criticality 2. In particular project priority set by manager for the candidate... If yo are in project who has more business and weightage and you are THE critical resource in that project your chances are high otherwise you need to wait for next cycle for your turn
