C2 To C3A Promotion

How long does it take for this promotion cycle and what would be the hike % ?

Another point My manager himself with C2 does he really initiate the process for promotion?

I will suggest don't take promotion from C2 to C3A you will get 15 % hike in CTC But your in-hand will be reduced due to QVA

Yes. Don't take promotion. Talk to other C3A band colleagues. Once they start receiving 100% QVA then only go for promotion.

My last 3 quarter QVA for C3A grade: Q1: 75% Q2: 47% Q3: 28%
