C2 SM already tried same role PP1 unit evaltn,TD said good&preparePP4 mean?

C2 Scrum Master already. tried wings 2 same role and completed PP1 unit evaltn last week, panel was tough with me after which i checked with TD team guy said possibly good to try for PP4 deployment but wait for wings2 team to mail. What does it mean? I'm cleared and no need to go thru pp2, pp3 now? and how much % can i expect and when i can expect?

Mostly scenario based question like hesitant team member, not attending scrum events and pls read scrum guide latest and be clear on scrum events

If asks you to be try for PP4, it means you probably passed pp1 with distinction

Because the first eligibility of pp4 is pp1 with distinction

Pp2, pp3 are part of the milestone. You cant skip them

You're overthinking it. You've cleared PP1, but you still need to go through PP2 and PP3. Expect a 10-15% hike, but timing is unpredictable. Wait for the Wings2 team to email.

Thanks for your inputs . I gave my pp1 evaluation yesterday and it went for nearly an hour . Over all it went well . They said I will receive an email by 20th of sept from wings 2 team

Pp2&pp3-30% Pp4 - 30%
I guess this is way they have segregated the hike% so better to complete pp2&3 in same quarter and by the time you are deployed and your role is tagged as SM in system is 90 days pp4 will be enabled for you..!! And get in touch with Td team for unit evaluation.

Percentage of hike they have been highlighting that based various parameters it is varying .

May I know the Benchmark CtC for SM role
