C2 Promotion Window

Does anyone have any update on C2 promotions ?

mine has been pending with corporate HR since February - as per my manager

Any chance in this quarter or next one?

Raise Grievance under HR, there is an option to raise it under HR option then select Promotion ..better to act rather than doing nothing

And does raising grievance helps? My manager has directly said that there is a lot of backlog of seniors who are still pending C2 promotion.
