Will there be any promotions happening this quater... My promotion was already initiatied and approved at unit level last December it's currently pending with HR....

Yeah they’ll say it’s pending with HR if you ask HR they’ll say your unit didn’t shortlist u or they’ll give some random reasons like WFO non compliant or less A band’s or not having good learning track and so on…But mostly it’ll be pending with project only even though it’s in HR queue..If they really want to give promotion then HR is no one to stop..
