C2 promotion from C1 with Digital incentive Wings1
Sorry if it’s a silly question, I know 15 percent hike for peeps that get promoted from C1 to C2, but if someone is C1 with Digital incentives from wings1 then will 15 percent be applied including incentives or 15 percent is only on basic salary? Obviously if it’s just basic salary then it wouldn’t be much lol thanks
if there is seperate component of incentive then it will be on the actual ctc before incentive. But if the incentive is disbursed into CTC like in case of Wings2 then it will be on increased one. So to summarize its always on actual ctc.
I see, currently there’s a separate component called “Elevate incentive” that is outside of CTC, and I hear C2 promotion will combine the incentive with CTC so I guess the real question is if it’s disbursed into CTC first or if we get hike on non disbursed amount only lol
