C2 promotion eligibility

I have total 2 years 4 months experience, Got 5 in anniversary rating and ‘A’ band in next cycle later cleared wings1 as well, got ipf of 4.33 for this year

Should i ask for C2 promotion now? If no then what will be the correct time/scenaro?

I have 7 years experience completed more than 2 years in TCS, I requested for promotion from c2 to c3a they agreed ,will HR approved how it goes

They will say "i have raised but pending with HR" for next many quarters.

My manager said minimum 3 years is required for c2 promotion.

You can get promoted, I got promoted from c2 to c3a before completing 2 yrs in TCS. I never requested for promotion. If your performance is good and your total experience is more than 7yrs then you get the promotion from c2 to c3a.
