C2 grade, when I can expect promotion

Hi I am at C2 grade ITA with 8 years of experience. 2 years in TCS. 1> When Can I expect a promotion to C3A? 2> Is that based on the years of experience or on the manager/project? 3> If promoted how much hike they are giving?

Bare minimum eligibility criteria - 2 years experience in TCS, preferably A band. But remember it's just an eligibility criteria. Actual promotion depends on various other factors like - your current CTC, company performance, unit performance, other pending promotion cases, priority, resource criticality, your immediate supervisor's business justification of promoting you - also if that aligns with current business goals etc, etc.
