C1 with wings1 digital promotion to C2
How much salary has increased for anyone in this case? My manager says my promotion is initiated, but my hopes are not too high so wanted to know if it’s worth the wait or better look for opportunities outside is all. For reference, let’s say current salary is 9.2 lpa which has a 3lpa wings1 incentive as separate component, thanks!
15 on CTC i.e. 15% of 9.2 + 9.2
There is a huge difference between promotion initiation and rollout. There is a huge backlog of employees whose promotions are pending ( initiated in 2023,2024) . There are no promotions after Dec 2024.
Better to switch than waiting for your turn, considering the current situation of the company, for associates whose promotions are initiated this year should expect their promotion rollover only after year 2027.
