C1 to C2 Query.

Hi folks, So It's been 4.4 years in TCS, My last 4 bands are A, B, B, B. So I have already asked for a promotion but I need to remind my manager again. Just waited for the band to get released.

So will I be easily awarded promotion now or will it take time due to these results.

Kindly please give your inputs.

It depends on how your project and team is dependent on you it doesn't matter about you have completed 2 years 3 years.

Bro i completed 3 yrs in TCS get A band in last 3 yrs (including this yr).. my C2 promotion is already requested by my manger and Waiting for HR approval
