Every quarter for C1 to C2. Not sure if this quarter is closed. People who got promoted this quarter will get letter effective from July 1.

Should be released soon as the quarter results are announced. Even if it's in July it will be effective from July 1 unless tcs wants to cheat people for that 1 month salary. You never know with this new leadership.
