C1 TO C2 promotion rejected

My promotion got rejected from HR saying that I was not RTO complaint. I have putted lots of efforts, dedication and hard work to the project but these are not main factor to scale your capabilities in TCS😑

Again they will give lower band and this rto reason in annual appraisal

Same thing for me too, I have been in TCS for 2 years, and I get even less in compensation now than my first compensation in TCS. No promotion for the same reason. RTO. The office felt like a weird old hospital and gave me creeps. And the people who come to the office aren't my team. No team building activities, no outing budget, no team meet ups, no literal life.
