C1 to C2 promotion/ onsite US

Hi all, I joined TCS as C1 innovator in Aug 22, Completed 1.6 years in TCS, by when I can expect promotion from C1 to C2, I work for the US banking Project, by when I can expect Onsite, I have very good relations with Client and Onsite TCS level managers, also high dependency in the project. But the Delivery manager is not that much supportive. All suggestions are invited, thanks in advance
