C1 to C2 promotion.
I spoke to my manager on the eligibility criteria for promotion from C1 to C2 he has done a screen share and it's showing my name in his queue for promotion, after he initiates the process how much time does it take?
As per my understanding and information I get from the Regional HR head that Promotions are opened on quarterly basis and HR will ask our unit for the selected number of counts for whom promotion to be taken forward so our unit will forward the names for whom promotion to be completed. If your promotion is raised in the system and it is pending with HR doesn't mean that your promotion is pending with HR. So we need to talk with our managers to take it forward. Then only we can get the promotion approved.
All we need is HR approval buddy, no transparency there. So can't say a time period. Standard is 1 Quarter can delay once it's initiated.
