Hello all, Could you please let me know by when I can expect my promotion to get effective if it’s initiated by my Manager in the current cycle?
They informed me that the window is not opened yet and the discussions will flow once the HR opens it.

If it is initiated recently,then it will take at least 1 year or more than that to get promoted.
