C1 to C2 Promotion criteria

Hi All ,

So we all have been through the appraisal process and compensations which has left us all in concern , few people suggest switch which is the most common thing to progress i agree , but some of us have contraints attached to us like family situations which does not allow us to make that move and some of us are single bread winners with absolutely no back up support so seeing the market condition and lay off does frighten me because anyhow i have to support my family. Covid did changed lives of many families so was mine so as of now i need to see a possibility here even if it is small

Is there for any particular criteria for promotion from C1 to C2 grade if assigned A or B in the recent cycle.
