Is this Promotion cycle open or closed. When was Promotion cycle open and closed? Can someone help me know?

Got closed buddy, TL confirmed upto C2 promotions will happen. Can expect papers end of Oct and or start of Nov if everything goes good.

The promotion cycle for C1 to C2 is currently closed. It was open in July but closed shortly after. No promotions are happening this quarter due to HR restrictions.
