C1 to C2 promotion
Has anyone got their promotion compensation letter or any update regarding when the promotion will be approved??
No update yet, there's no transparency in the process, managers have no visibility or can check and confirm the status which ia annoyingly disturbing.

i asked my manager and she said she has approved from project end now workflow cant be tracked from their end ask HR.. HR didn’t respond.. got his number.. called him.. he said it is not with him if manager approved it might go to corporate .. we need to wait .. automatically u will get mail.. still one month passed waiting
My team lead told me that there has been a delay in this cycle. Generally putting names up for promotions is done by 2nd to 3rd week of June, but this year it was extended till i guess 2nd week of July. Hence the delay and ask me to wait until the end of Aug.
Hi, i’m C1Y…since last year, can any experienced buddy explain the promotion or Grade change timeline or duration like time take for C1Y to C1 , C1 to C2 and like wise?
Until C1 it's automatic no has to initiate promotion for u after C1 it's based on ur experience and project for C1 to C2 u need minimum 4 yrs of experience. And it goes on for the next next grades
