C1 to C2 promotion
I have completed 3.2 years with Tcs.when i can expect promotion for ITA and if my manager initiates it after how many days i will get my revised compensation letter with the promotion ?

Your manager has to give your name from the promotion list published by HR for the eligible candidates for the c2.
After that by end of that quater you will receive the revised compensation letter.
Initiation of promotion, doesn't mean your name in that list given by your manager.
