C1 to C2 promotion
Hi all, I am at C1 position from January 2023 and total 3.5 YOE. When will I be eligible for a C2 promotion?

Depends on a combination of factors:

Time in Current Band: Typically, you need to spend a minimum of 18–24 months in your current band. Since you’ve been in C1 since January 2023, you may become eligible around mid to late 2024.

Performance Ratings: Consistently good performance (ratings of 4 or 5) accelerates your chances.

Project and Role Requirements: Some roles or projects may have additional criteria for moving to the next band.
Make sure to discuss your aspirations with your manager during appraisals and set clear goals for the next cycle. Additionally, focus on acquiring certifications, handling responsibilities beyond your role, and contributing to impactful projects to strengthen your case for promotion.

Throughout org, 3+ yrs is pre requisite to raise promotion. Everything else depends on your SPEED manager.
