C1 to C2 Promotion?
Guys can please anyone explain how promotion takes place in TCS? I asked my manager that I wanted my promotion, he said he wants to promote me (which felt genuine from his side), but abhi kuch aaya nahi hai, aayega to karenge!
What did he mean by that, I didn't understand, can anyone explain please?

Raise grievance in Ultimatix portal under the talent development department for the same…then only they will know that employees are concerned about this otherwise forget it happening anymore

TCS has to open a promotion cycle then manager will give names to whom they want to promote
