It doesn't matter if you are c1 for more than 3 years. One criteria is to have a minimum of 4 Years of experience to get c2 promotion. If you have all A bands then depending on your unit and project they might promote you 6 months earlier.

Same story as mine… joined ninja.. after one year i got digital and all A bands i.e. 3 A consecutively…last year in 3.5 yrs of experience promoted to ITA
My manager initiated my ITA promotion even without asking me and within 2 weeks it got fully approved and got promotion n compensation latter

Promotion window opened ?

I am C1, Digital working in TCS since last 5+ years, 4 consecutive B bands. No promotion ! Better switch !

Same situation for me I joined as a digital and currently have 3.8 years of experience with past ratings/bands are 5 A, A. My C2 promotion was initiated in January by my manager but HR is telling promotion cycle not opened yet. Anyone know when the promotion cycles open next?

October

Can anyone tell me what is billable and non billable in timesheet

Billable means client is particularly paying for your working hrs . Non billable means client is paying to your project but particularly not for your hrs , just you are working for them as provided emp. .

U will not get any promotion till u complete ….. 5 years in TCS and as per TCS managers u have good package as digital candidate

You need a min of 4 years to be eligible for C2

As per HR: you should have completed 3 appraisal cycles for getting promoted from C1 to C2 and there shouldn’t be any C band in those appraisals

Minimum 3.5 years required.
