C1 to C2 promotion
Hi guys, I joined tcs on Feb 22 for the last two years I am getting A band and I am sure that this time I will get the A band. So Now can I ask them for C1 to C2 promotion and when they will initiate the process and till when I will get c1 to c2 promotion? Please help.

It needs 4 YOE working as C1 grade , if you have 3 A bands then it will be 3.25 Years . You can ask your manager upon completion 3.25 YOE if having continuous A bands

I am sure that I will get A band and then it will be a total 3 A band, so when exactly the promotion cycle starts where I can get that information?
