When we can get the revised compensation if my manager is saying that promotion is initiated.?... please dont ignore

Is it true?? If the promotions are initiated in June end this week, will we get promotion in July after qtr result? Or in October in the new quarter? Please guide..🙏🙏

Yes it is regarding your promotion only. If you have good terms with your speed supervisor. You can ask with him directly, as he/she will be the one initiating it as per the direction from your SDM
