C1 to C2

If supervisor has to raise a request from C1 to C2 means, will the system will show whether the associate is eligible or not in portal to supervisor? Or the promotion request can be raised irrespective of anything from supervisor level?

The system doesn't show eligibility directly to supervisors. They can raise a request, but HR checks eligibility criteria later.

Your Manager will send your name for the the promotion to the management and it can be done in each quarter till you get the promotion. Every quarter management seeks a list of promotion from the managers and later than they approve the prmotion among one or two of them.
