C1 to C2 Eligibility

Guys, can anyone please share what are the conditions to be met to get promoted from C1 to C2? Please list the known points that will be much helpful

I think below is Basic criteria

4+ yrs of experience
Good RTO Bands

If continous A , then you are eligible at 3.5 YOE

Better to speak with Manager if you have the above
