C1 to C2 band eligibility

Hi everyone,

I am eligible for C2 promotion this cycle and my previous 3 bands are B A and B. Is there any dependencies that if I get C band my promotion got rejected. Can anyone explain me how these things work or any documentation available regarding promotion eligibility?

If your last band is C you won't get promotion. Last band should be A or B. Some units will check last 2 years band some will check last 3 years. So you need to check with your manager
