It depends on the skill I have seen people getting 24 Lpa in B3 itself and it also depends on the project budget also

Yes, that I understand !! Wanted to understand on general basis. Ofcourse depending on lateral entry or how many switches, this would differ. But for a standard C1 in-house employee, how much would be the package range, low to high. Any ideas??
