if lateral direct C1 -> 6 - 9yrs of total exp For promotion based on ur dependency in the project (2-4yrs) they'll keep u in B2 grade..

best to get a job outside and see if CG matches the offered pkg.. if they consider u imp, they will push for ur promotion and match CTC..
