Don't expect much as you might have seen they already delayed the ppraisal cycle till October with no notice, I had discussed with my manager and hr for a promotion or hike but they straight up said nothing will happen this year

Apr no one can confirm but yes it will happen within the year..maybe it may be delayed by a quarter..ensure your WFO index
