I have received a C band. What will be the consequences of disagreement? How should I present myself later with HR and manager?
Neither I had dependency in project nor I had contributed to project in FY 2023-24. But currently I have dependency in project.

If you did not have project dependency or visible constitutions or any customer appreciations you would probably not be able to come up with any credible business case for the HR
